The New York Palace, received a $140 million renovation. VIP Worldwide working alongside advertising specialists AgencySacks we produced two films to illustrate the restoration of the hotel. VIP captured the essence of the hotel and conducted interviews with key members of the hotel staff against the backdrop of the hotel's stunning new aesthetic accents. We were re –commissioned to produce another promotional film highlighting a guests journey though the statement Towers Suites. The use of video has impacted direct sales efforts, having new videos loaded onto ipads for travel agency visits, as well as showing the renovations off to hundreds of agents at major tradeshows such as Virtuoso Travel Mart and ILTM. We have had success in securing specialty suites as backdrops for major glossy magazine fashion shoots, thanks to location scouts and producers having access to the videos online to see the scope of the room. Our films have been used by reservations sales agents who can share with clients who are engaging in our ‘live chat’ feature and want to really be walked through the room, they can direct them to the various videos to view different suite types and they have had successes up selling customers to premium options.
