Sitting alongside Angostura, one of the leading Caribbean rum producers, and Boka Group, the Sovereign investment advisory, VIP Worldwide is only the third Patron to be selected in 14 years. The team will work also with the BCCC to create a video showreel and will be instrumental in advising The Chambers, helping them support their current members and encourage new businesses to join.
Launched in Trinidad in 2001 to promote trade between the Caribbean and the UK. The Chamber caters for its members by developing networks through culture, education and trade, sharing knowledge and contacts to help support businesses, and the appointment of VIP Worldwide will further strengthen relationships between the two regions.
Kirsty Beasley, Marketing Director at VIP Worldwide said: “We are thrilled to be working so closely with The British Caribbean Chamber of Commerce going forward. Becoming a Patron represents a valuable contribution towards enabling them to provide a wide range of services for smaller member companies and we’re delighted to be instrumental in this. The new-look website will be user friendly and informative, acting as a valuable tool for 2016 to help promote all the BCCC’s planned initiatives.”
Both Kirsty and David Beasley, CEO of VIP Worldwide, will accompany The Rt. Hon. Lord Howard of Lympne to the House of Lords next month for a dinner to explore investment opportunities in Grenada and St Lucia amongst entrepreneurs.
Pauline Wade Deputy Chief Executive British Caribbean Chamber of Commerce commented: “With their global reach and through their creative and artistic work, VIP Worldwide is a premier British company in their field of work and we are pleased to welcome them as patron members of the British-Caribbean Chamber of Commerce. Working together our desire is to strengthen Britain’s trade and investment relationships with the Caribbean region.”
