The Ty Warner Mansion is the ultimate hideaway at Latin America’s most lauded resort. The exclusive beachfront mansion is poised directly on the water’s edge with panoramic views over the Sea of Cortez. Encompassing 28,000 square feet (2,600 square meters), the exceptionally private sanctuary was created by the renowned architect Jorge Torres with interiors by Robert Couturier.
We were briefed to produce a video to launch the Ty Warner Mansion. We captured the experiences and services that Ty Warner Mansion guests enjoy by the round-the-clock dedicated team, including a personal assistant and butler. Throughout a guest’s stay, the butler remains discreetly on hand to orchestrate the most personalized, private and luxurious experiences possible as well as to manage the full staff dedicated solely to the Mansion.
The authentic Mexican artistry and craftsmanship on display within the Mansion includes specially commissioned art, decorative works and textiles personally selected by owner Ty Warner. These features were sourced from Jalisco, Michoacán, Chiapas and Oaxaca over a four-year period and include hand-blown glass fixtures, organic bathroom accessories, hand-carved Alebrije sculptures and embossed metallic furniture. Each piece in the collection has been chosen and placed with careful consideration and has been brought to life in the new film campaign.

Our award winning Virtual Reality development team produced a Virtual Reality experience APP and 360 Video Tour which included intuitive layouts, allowing the viewer to become immersed in the property’s world. We also designed a bespoke VR APP for Ty Warner Maniosn with a manual tour and an auto VR tour and other digital collateral and information points within the app. Viewers are now able to view the tours via a VR headset for a virtual experience, or on smartphone and tablet and pc. Seamlessly switching between VR headset mode to 360 video mode with an intuitive layout and dropdown menu it also includes a book now call to action helping to boost bookings and revenue.
